Chromebook connection help
Chrome asks to connect to devices on my local network
Allow the request when you are using Zu3D with your own Spark and network. If you previously blocked it, review the site permissions for app.zu3d.com in Chrome and try the connection again.
The browser does not connect to Spark Connector
Open Connector, check Running, then open its Connect tab and approve the request from Zu3D in Chrome. Return to the same Chrome tab. If Zu3D offers a connection code, follow its on-screen pairing instructions.
I cannot install the Connector app
Check Google Play on the Chromebook. On managed devices, your school or organisation may need to enable the app. Contact support with the Chromebook model and the message you see.
Wi-Fi setup timed out
Check whether Spark has joined your Wi-Fi and reconnect the Chromebook to that network. Return to Zu3D and choose Try again if offered.
