Zu3D App Terms and Conditions

Zu3D is the copyrighted property of ZuLogic Ltd. As the owner of Zu3D, ZuLogic Ltd sets out the following terms and conditions of use.

These terms apply to all beta versions of Zu3D as well as subsequent versions, unless and until replaced by updated terms published by ZuLogic Ltd. While we may attempt to notify you when changes are made, you are responsible for reviewing the most up-to-date version. ZuLogic Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, but any changes will only apply to later versions of Zu3D.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Zu3D (including the website and the Zu3D application), you agree to:

  • These terms and conditions; and

  • The Zu3D Privacy Notice.

If you do not agree, you must not use Zu3D. Failure to comply may result in action being taken to protect ZuLogic Ltd’s rights.

2. Zu3D Website

A. These terms apply to all users of Zu3D.

B. The Zu3D website may include links to third-party websites. ZuLogic Ltd does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. By using the Zu3D website, you release ZuLogic Ltd from any liability arising from your use of third-party sites.

C. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

3. Zu3D Accounts

A. Some website features require you to create an account. You must not use another person’s account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and must keep your password secure. Any breach of security or unauthorised use must be reported immediately to ZuLogic Ltd.

B. ZuLogic Ltd is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use. However, you may be liable for losses incurred by ZuLogic Ltd or others.

4. General Use – Permissions and Restrictions

ZuLogic Ltd grants you a limited licence to access and use the website, subject to the following conditions:

A. You must not distribute any part of the website (including User Submissions) without prior written permission.
B. You must not alter or modify any part of the website.
C. Access to areas such as the Download Area or Forums must only be through the website itself.
D. You must not use the website or the Zu3D application for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Prohibited commercial uses include (but are not limited to):

  • Selling access to the website or services.

  • Using Zu3D primarily to generate advertising or subscription revenue.

  • Selling advertising targeted to Zu3D’s content.

  • Any use that competes with or displaces the market for Zu3D.

E. Exceptions apply only where ZuLogic Ltd has granted written authorisation.

F. You must not use automated systems (robots, spiders, offline readers, etc.) to send requests to Zu3D servers beyond what a human can reasonably produce. Public search engines may crawl the site to create searchable indices, but not caches or archives. ZuLogic Ltd may revoke this permission at any time.

G. You must not collect or harvest personally identifiable information from the site, or use its communication systems for unsolicited commercial activity.

H. You must comply with these terms, the Privacy Notice, and all applicable laws.

I. ZuLogic Ltd reserves the right to discontinue or modify any part of the website at any time.

5. Use of Content

A. All website content is owned by or licensed to ZuLogic Ltd and protected by copyright and other laws. Content is provided “as is” for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, sold, licensed, or exploited without prior written consent.

B. You may access the Download Area and Forums solely for personal, informational use as intended.

C. You must not interfere with security features or those that restrict copying or usage of content.

6. Account Termination

ZuLogic Ltd may terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or otherwise breach these terms.

Use of Zu3D is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZuLogic Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties, express or implied. ZuLogic Ltd does not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of content.

  • Freedom from errors, bugs, viruses, or interruptions.

  • Protection against unauthorised access to personal or financial data.

  • That third-party products, services, or links will be reliable or safe.

You should use your own judgment and exercise caution when using Zu3D or interacting with third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZuLogic Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zu3D, including but not limited to:

  • Errors or inaccuracies in content.

  • Personal injury or property damage.

  • Unauthorised access to data.

  • Service interruptions.

  • Viruses or malicious software.

  • Losses caused by user submissions or third-party conduct.

Users access Zu3D at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ZuLogic Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Zu3D website.

  • Your violation of these terms.

  • Your infringement of third-party rights.

  • Any harm caused by your user submissions.

10. Eligibility

By using Zu3D, you affirm that you are either:

  • Over 18 years old,

  • An emancipated minor, or

  • Using Zu3D with parental/guardian consent.

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these terms.

11. Assignment

These terms, and any rights or licences granted under them, may not be transferred by you. ZuLogic Ltd may assign them without restriction.
